JOY is a very personal thing. One person’s joy isn’t necessarily everyone’s joy. You may love the tangy, sweet taste of tamarind date cake but your friend Maeve may wrinkle her nose at all that umami goodness and drool over a powdery delicious bag of jelly babies. Yum!

In that spirit, joyful emails are my “opinionated guide” to living well. I love short-form writing and I’m passionate about discovering ways to live better and enjoy life more. Gorgeous plants, colourful clothes, style, wellness and biophilic interior decor is a great place to start. I hope you’ll join me on this adventure!
